Thai Yoga Bodywork has been nicknamed Lazy Man’s Yoga. It’s absolutely wonderful! You get all the benefits of yoga while you lie back and relax. This healing modality has been around since the age of Buddha for good reason. It blends assisted stretching with massage, reflexology, acupressure, and Ayurveda. It is one of the best ways to increase your flexibility quickly and helps bring the entire body into alignment and balance. Health issues can be addressed through reflexology and acupressure and it is truly amazing for people in wheelchairs too.

Hilery offers sessions from 30 minutes for a focused area to three hours for the ultimate level of bliss! Sessions are offered at the studio or can be in your own home. Our mat can be used indoors or outside so we can always set up poolside or ocean front too!
