Functional Alignment Session

Empower yourself with the knowledge of appropriate muscle activation, and 1-on-1 guidance to safely explore your functional alignment + edge within each pose for YOUR body. Explore different resistance and gain the ability to identify it within your practice. Learn the basic elements of a sun salutation as well as other common yoga poses. This two-hour single session is great for beginners and/or experienced yogis looking to fine tune his/her practice.
