‘Yoga’ is a healing practice, but it is not one-size-fits-all. Therefore, private lessons are a great way to tailor your yoga practice to your own specific needs and accelerate growth on and off of the mat. With your personal goals in mind, we will work together to design a program to help you meet your goals effectively and efficiently. Yoga experience not required. Great for all-levels.
Sometimes it is advisable to begin your Pilates journey with a Private Session. A private session alleviates anxieties and helps the trainer assess your skill and ability level. It is also a wise decision to continue with private sessions if you have ongoing physical challenges that benefit from the undivided attention afforded by the one-on-one session.
