This is an in-depth one hour consultation to help you assess where you are now and what your goals are. Different assessments available include: body fat, girth measurements, BMI, posture assessment, flexibility assessment, functional movement screen, strength and cardio assessment, and lifestyle/habit assessment. Once this session is completed you allow us to create a unique plan customized to help you reach your goals.
There are a few things we need to know in order to create your plan and once that is set up, the workouts and nutrition coaching can begin! No matter what your health and mobility issues are, Radha can help you begin to make progress. For people with severe mobility issues, workouts may only be 15 minutes of exercise and 15 minutes of stretching. Every person needs something different and we will help guide you on what you need to focus on. We are flexible in our approach and happy to create a customized package to suit your needs
‘Yoga’ is a healing practice, but it is not one-size-fits-all. Therefore, private lessons are a great way to tailor your yoga practice to your own specific needs and accelerate growth on and off of the mat. With your personal goals in mind, we will work together to design a program to help you meet your goals effectively and efficiently. Yoga experience not required. Great for all-levels.
This bodywork session is customized to your dosha body (physical, mental and emotional) by determining your Ayurvedic constitution. Before the session, your therapist will determine your dosha with you. Following the massage, your therapist will give you recommendations on lifestyle, yoga and nutrition that will help to restore your body's balance.
Do you have a nagging pain you need addressed? If you want to focus on just one area of your body, we can make quite a lot of progress in thirty minutes! Depending on the issue, a session may be a combination of Thai bodywork, foam rolling, vibration therapy, gua sha, cupping, and assisted stretching.
Empower yourself with knowledge of appropriate muscle activation, and 1-on-1 guidance to safely explore your functional alignment + edge within each pose for YOUR body. Explore different resistance and gain the ability to identify it within your practice. Learn the basic elements of a sun salutation as well as other common yoga poses. This two-hour single session is great for beginners and/or experienced yogis looking to fine tune his/her practice.
Sometimes it is advisable to begin your Pilates journey with a Private Session. A private session alleviates anxieties and helps the trainer assess your skill and ability level. It is also a wise decision to continue with private sessions if you have ongoing physical challenges that benefit from the undivided attention afforded by the one-on-one session.
