GUIDELINES AND POLICIES

All clients are solely responsible for reading and following our guidelines so everyone can have an enjoyable practice, while we maintain and sustain our community studio. By attending class you are agreeing to our guidelines and policies.

CLASS POLICIES

  1. Given the private nature of our studio, signing up means you are personally reserving a yoga instructor.  Please do not sign up for a class and not show, you will be charged the full amount.

  2. No one is admitted after class start time. Please plan to arrive on time or the doors will be locked.

  3. No shoes in studio. Yoga is best practiced barefoot, so be prepared to remove your shoes on the rug upon entry. Do not walk on our floors at anytime with shoes. Preferably remove your socks, too!

  4. Be clean (body and clothing) and odor free. You practice in close proximity with others. Be kind to yourself and everyone with a clean body and clothing.

  5. No children or pets. Although we love little ones, our classes currently are catered to adult humans only. There are no children or animals allowed in the studio at any time.

  6. Skip the perfume, lotions and oils. While it smells great on your date, your yoga mates might not appreciate it. No body lotions and body/hair oils on the blankets or bolsters.  

  7. No cell phones are allowed to be on in the studio. Ringing cell phones can be very disruptive. Please allow yourself to be “unplugged” while you are here.

  8. Payment and fees are due in full at the time of registration or class time.

  9. All clients must keep a credit card with up-to-date billing info on their account in good standing or their account will be placed in inactive status.

SALES ARE FINAL

It takes a lot to run a studio and provide quality offerings to our clients. Please be sure that you can attend classes, workshops and/or be able to use your memberships in the time allotted. We do not offer refunds of classes, memberships or workshops purchased.  Its your responsibility to read our guidelines before purchasing. Non use of services are not grounds for a refund. In some instances, per our discretion we can apply a credit to your account.


EARLY CANCEL

Early Cancellations must be submitted 12 hours prior to class time, 24 hours prior to private sessions, and 48 hours prior to workshops. Clients may early cancel without a penalty. Cancellations can be submitted via your online account, email, phone or by texting your service provider if it is a private session.


LATE CANCEL

Late Cancellation is a class cancelled within 12 hours of class start time, within 24 hours of a private session, or within 48 hours of a workshop. We understand sometimes an unexpected absence can occur, but every late cancellation is subject to the full class, service, or workshop cost.
