Pamper Yourself or a loved one this Mother’s Day with 90 Minutes of Restorative Self Care! Hilery is highly respected for her experience and knowledge teaching Thai Yoga Massage. She infuses her classes with nourishing hands on assists to better help her students release deep rooted tension.
Students will be led through an initial relaxation phase and then guided through a short lesson in self massage with Therapeutic Essential Oils. Mothers will be supported by bolsters and blocks throughout this class in order to allow the body and mind to completely surrender into deep relaxation. The Focus of this Self Care Experience is to sooth your muscles, unburden your mind, relieve deeply embedded tension and improve your overall feeling of well-being.
