Pamper Yourself or a Loved One this Mother’s Day with 90 Minutes of Restorative Self Care! Hillary is highly respected for her experience and knowledge teaching Thai Yoga Massage. She infuses her classes with Nourishing hands on assists in order to better help her students release deep rooted tension.
Students will be lead through an initial relaxation phase and then guided through a short lesson in self massage with Therapeutic Essential Oils. Mothers will be supported by bolsters and blocks thought out this practice in order to allow the body and mind to completely surrender into deep relaxation. The Focus of this Self Care Experience is to sooth your muscles, unburden your mind, relieve deep-set in tension and improve your overall feeling of well-being. Your body and soul will thank you!
