In the mean time, we found a sweet spot on Main Street to act as a temporary home to host classes starting this Spring!

Our Summer Home

Our temporary summer studio is located just a few blocks down the street from where we are putting down our permanent roots!

Rooted will be offering a full Yoga and Fitness schedule starting in May at this location. Private Fitness and Yoga Sessions will also be available for purchase with the option of taking your lesson from the comfort of your own home or joining your instructor in studio. This studio will have a retail boutique and beverage station.

Our new building will have two unique studios along with childcare, locker rooms, showers, and a large boutique. Stay tuned for updates!

Thai Yoga Bodywork

Is chronic tension blocking you from progressing in your yoga practice? Or are you so tight you are afraid to go to a yoga class, but really want to work on your flexibility? Thai Yoga Bodywork may be the perfect solution! All you have to do is lie back and relax while the practitioner takes you through a variety of yoga poses while compressing the muscle being stretched to help it deeply relax and elongate. Ayurveda, reflexology, and acupressure are infused into every session for maximal benefits to your health and wellbeing. Come in stressed and tight, leave feeling loose and right!
